Refund policy

- First-time paid subscribers get a 7-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked.
- No refunds after 7 days. No partial refunds for unused time.
- Free tier users are never charged — nothing to refund.
7-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase a paid plan (Casual or Power) and decide Cureyt isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund 100% of your money. No forms, no justification required.
What is not refundable
- Payments older than 7 days.
- Subscription renewals — if you stay past the first 7 days, subsequent months are non-refundable.
- Partial months — we don't prorate refunds for unused days in a billing period.
- Chargebacks initiated through your bank instead of contacting us first.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your Cureyt account. Include your public profile ID (found on your dashboard) and the date of purchase. We process refunds through our payment provider within 3–5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.
Free tier
Cureyt's free tier (5 extractions per week, no sign-up required) is completely free. If you never upgrade to a paid plan, you will never be charged and no refund is applicable.
